Who are we?
SAM International was founded in 1993 and today operates in 12 countries across Europe. Our motto is “Value through people” – we see people as the most important factor in creating value for businesses and organizations.
We are business professionals with backgrounds in various leadership roles and industries, with extensive experience in understanding which type of person fits which role. This led to the formation of our working model: every recruitment assignment involves at least two experienced consultants, to ensure quality and accuracy throughout the process.
Through deep industry knowledge and a thorough understanding of each individual role, we ensure that the candidate’s values, ambitions and vision align with the position. The right hire is never about competence alone – it’s about whether the candidate fits the company’s future goals, team and culture.
