Magdalena has 25 years of experience in sales, recruitment, executive search, and leadership in commercial roles. Her career has progressed step by step — from sales roles with staff and budget responsibility, through leading positions in recruitment and staffing, to business area accountability and operational roles with full P&L and people management responsibility. That breadth means she moves seamlessly between the strategic and the operational, with experience spanning listed global corporations, US-owned companies, and owner-led growth businesses.

What drives Magdalena is understanding what actually makes people and organizations perform. Often, the real challenge isn’t the one described in the brief — and her strength lies in identifying where things are actually off, before the client has even put it into words.

She is a certified user and trainer in several of the market’s leading personality assessment tools (Big Five and HEXACO) and is an ICC-certified coach (Unestål Education/Lambent, EMCC-accredited). A particular focus is how AI can be applied practically in leadership — as a tool that strengthens it, not replaces it.
