Susanne is a Senior Recruitment Consultant and experienced business leader with more than 25 years of experience within Professional Services, talent acquisition, recruitment, and executive search. She has successfully delivered assignments at all levels, with particular expertise in executive, specialist, and business support roles. Combining a strong commercial mindset with a hands-on approach, she thrives in assignments where she can build relationships, create structure, and ensure high quality throughout every stage of the process.

Susanne began her career in the financial and management consulting sector before moving into both operational and leadership positions within talent acquisition and recruitment. Her experience includes roles as Business Area Manager, as well as Founder, Partner, and CEO of a recruitment consultancy. Throughout her career, she has led teams, held full budget and profit-and-loss responsibility, and worked closely with executives, HR professionals, and leadership teams across a wide range of industries.

In her most recent roles, Susanne has managed senior-level 360° recruitment assignments, covering the entire recruitment process from needs analysis, search, and candidate selection to assessment, reference checking, and follow-up. Alongside this, she has supported business development initiatives and provided trusted advisory support to clients. As a consultant, she is relationship-oriented, attentive, and collaborative, with a strong focus on understanding business needs, delivering an outstanding candidate experience, and achieving sustainable long-term results
