I have been in SAM since 2014 and a part of management since 2015 in Denmark and since 2022 also in Sweden.

During this time I have made more than 350 recruitment assignments – and several ‘Wingmanager’ assignments also workíng with crossboarder executive search (CEO/COO/CFO) – and confidential search.

Furthermore I am a member of the board of directors in SAM International Holding and one of the founders of our ‘Value Through People’ way of working.
