Throughout her career, Louise has served as an executive, consultant, and entrepreneur, giving her a unique understanding of both the strategic and human dimensions of talent management. Her experience spans international corporations, private equity-backed businesses, and fast-growing entrepreneurial companies, enabling her to adapt her approach to the specific needs and challenges of each organization.
